First Step Staffing fully screens all employees prior to placement. Our standard screening process includes drug testing, a background history check, previous employer history/performance and government compliance with citizenship, I-9, and W-4 verification.
First Step Staffing can establish a Staffing Resource office at your location to provide a host of services including, on-site and off-site recruiting, employee orientation and customized workplace safety training and auditing. Other specialized services include:
- Hiring, discipline and termination duties
- Check-in and check-out of all shifts
